Green industry professionals came together at the Colorado Convention Center to network, prepare for the upcoming growing season, work towards certifications, and grow their careers. The group included close to 400 ALCC member companies.
ProGreen EXPO is the only green industry conference in the Rocky Mountain region, featuring exhibitors from across the country showcasing the latest products and services for landscape and gardening professionals – everything from irrigation and business services to garden centers and substantial equipment.
These three days of inspiring education sessions covered everything from new techniques and products to business strategies and skill development, focusing on the latest industry trends and dynamic new methods and best practices. Ten sessions were also presented in Spanish.
Wednesday’s education sessions were kicked off by keynote speaker, Tim Gard, who spoke on “Changing the game.” Gard helped attendees discover how to become a game changer and change the game to their advantage. Among the educational sessions were networking events such as the VIP breakfast, facilitated by Steve Steve of Steele Dynamics, our ALCC happy hour, LatiKnow committee happy hour, and the Women in Green committee happy hour.

Students learn landscaping skills at ProGreen EXPO
As in past years, ALCC hosted an event for high school students on Wednesday, Jan. 29. More than 100 students from five area high school horticulture programs rotated through a series of hands-on activity stations that got them doing real work that is done every day in the landscape industry. The students then toured the EXPO Hall in the afternoon. Thank you to Warren Tech, Westminster High School, Littleton Public Schools EPIC Campus, Greeley West High School, and Wheat Ridge High School for attending.
Landscape industry representatives lead students at each station. Many thanks to representatives from Zak George Landscaping, CPS Distributors, DBC Irrigation Supply, Lifescape Colorado, Colorado Stoneworks Landscaping, and Designscapes Colorado for leading students at each station.
Thanks also to the following companies that provided materials and assistance; Hunter Industries and RainBird.
Plan for next year’s ProGreen EXPO on February 3-5, 2026.
